How and what exactly in german should we teach to a corporate person who is going to travel to Germany in a month and needs the language for office use mostly ? Are there any good books for the same ?

Because of shortage of time, you can not teach him grammar.... Teach him vocabulary related to everyday themes like food, transport system, dresses etc. Also some basic dialogues related to everyday situation would be very useful.
