CAT = This is not a Computer Adaptive Test, but it is an online exam.

In IELTS, there are four papers: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. There are two different IELTS modules: Academic and General Training. You’ll take the first three parts of the test on the same day, in the following order: Listening, Reading, and Writing (there are no breaks between these tests).
