I have started my journey as a martial art practitioner as well as instructor since 1993. I got my 5th Dan black belt in 2013 from soke Tamas Weber world head of Sanshinkan Karate international (Sweden). I worked with many reputed schools of Delhi Ncr, institutions and NGO's and gave them self defense training and I have trained approx 10000 thousands people including students, doctors, engineers, working women's, college girls, house wives and police official etc till now. With 24 years of experience in the unique and dynamic art of karate I am making people healthy, fit, confident with strong mind and body.

First, The best method of self defense is get out yourself from the situation by using presence of mind and tongue bcoz with the fighting skills we can handle 3-4 people easily at a time but with the mind and speaking tricks we can handle many. First, The best method of self defense is get out yourself from the situation by using presence of mind and tongue bcoz with the fighting skills we can handle 3-4 people easily at a time but with the mind and speaking tricks we can handle many. Secondly, if you seems that first one isn't working then attack on the enemy vital point with full force, Quick and sudden attack. When the attacker collapsed leave that place immediately and call the cops and your nearest one as well. All martial arts are good. We can't say that one martial art is better than the other. It's all about the way how you teach and how you learned as well. Know more..... Ask me.
