"Training with Sahil Sharda has been one of the best decisions for my overall health and lifestyle. Coming from an IT background, I had constant back issues due to long sitting hours, and I’ve also dealt with allergy-induced asthma, which affected my breathing and stamina. On top of that, I’ve always struggled with maintaining a proper diet. But through his guidance, I’ve seen major improvements in all these areas. What makes Sahil truly different is his complete approach to fitness. It's not just about exercise; he makes sure you understand why you're doing each movement, how it impacts your body, and whether it's safe or effective considering your personal health conditions. He helped me strengthen my back safely and taught me proper breathing techniques through yoga, which have really helped me control my asthma. He also supported me with my nutrition, guiding me on what foods would actually help my body recover and perform better, while also fitting into my daily routine. For someone like me who has always had a poor diet, his advice was practical and easy to follow, not overwhelming. Every session with him feels like a learning experience. He corrects your form, explains the details, and is always thinking ahead to prevent injuries and promote long-term health. And beyond all his knowledge, what I really respect is his professionalism. He is very responsible, respectful, and ensures a safe environment, especially for female clients. He’s strict enough to push you to do your best but always calm, supportive, and approachable. I’m genuinely grateful for Sahil's dedication and the positive changes I've seen in both my body and lifestyle. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a healthy, sustainable way. "

The best timing for a group online yoga class generally depends on people’s schedules and consistency, but early mornings and evenings usually work the best.
Morning sessions between 6 AM to 8 AM are ideal for people who want to begin the day with better energy, flexibility, focus, and mental calmness. Many people also find it easier to stay consistent with morning yoga before work or daily responsibilities begin.
Evening batches around 6 PM to 8 PM are also very effective, especially for working professionals and students who want to relax after a long day, reduce stiffness, and release stress.
For online group classes, convenience and regularity matter more than choosing a “perfect” hour. A timing that people can follow consistently without rushing usually gives the best long-term results.
Weekend morning sessions are also becoming popular for beginners and people with busy weekday routines.

Moons or natural satellites are either created during the creation of the planet/solar system, or are captured.
Mercury doesn't have a gravitational pull powerful enough to hold anything else in orbit around itself. That's why it doesn't even have an atmosphere. And proximity to the Sun ensures that any object coming within Mercury's vicinity is sucked into the Sun directly. So capture is out of the question. Even if Mercury did have a small satellite, the Sun's pull would disturb the orbit of the satellite, causing it to fall into the planet.
While Venus has a greater gravitational pull, it still faces the same problem. It's simply too close to the sun to hold on to another body. However, in the past, Venus might have had a moon that spiraled into the planet after collision with another body that might or might not have caused the planet to flip along its axis.
