If you are giving a great tuition's people really dont leave. If they still do leave make sure you take an advance from the student so they take classes seriously.

Each individuals' sense of understanding has to be kept in mind and student should be encouraged to ask to clarify doubts and ensure that no other student in the group makes fun of him / her , irrespective of the type of question asked . Student should be made to feel comfortable and if students are of the same class in the batch, they should be encouraged to exchange views on the subject and no. student should develop any complexon his/her studies.
