If you are giving a great tuition's people really dont leave. If they still do leave make sure you take an advance from the student so they take classes seriously.

Student should be made to feel comfortable and if students are of the same class in the batch, they should be encouraged to exchange views on the subject and no. student should develop any complexon his/her studies.
