The basic and root requirement to understand physics is to just know the WHY? of every thing you see, touch, feel or sense in this universe.

Let's say if you are ridding a cycle so just know why the wheels of cycle are round in shape why not square or rectangle. 

You have to just wake up the curiosity nerve of your body. If you are curious to know your surrounding or nature in we live, then understanding physics will be just a cakewalk for you.
