The best way to understand physics is to look around yourself and apply it whatever you read. Physics is a subject which is applicable and is seen playing its role around us all the time. So, best way is to look around and learn from nature.

You can learn till 30 atomic nos. But learn the periodic table vertically, i.e. for each column element.
