"I joined online yoga classes from good vibes under bharathi mam coaching. A superb instructor who really cares for well being of her students. Initially i dont know whether i can do exercises and can lose postpartom pregnancy's weight but slowly its happening and am very much happy and thank ful to bharathi mam. Especially her positive attitude makes my whole day aasum. A special thanks to manimegalai mam who also take special care towards food diet plan and yoga. Happiness and good vibes take me to yet another world nowadays. Thank you mam. "

"I was relictant to join ( due to my age and health issues) and kept dodging, thinking I won't be able to do it, and would make a fool of myself. But my daughter forced me and asked me to attend 2 free classes. After that, I realised that I enjoyed myself, which I think is very important at my age. Whether I am doing 100percent is doubtful, but I don't give up and try my best. Best thing is I am slowly loosing my stiffness and feel more flexible. "
