Yoga is uniting body, mind and soul. A person does his job putting his body, mind and soul in it is said to be Karma yogi(practitioner of action yoga). The same way a practitioner of bhakti(devotion), Kriya, Gyana(Knowledge) etc. are also expected to put body, mind and soul. The ultimate goal is to know 'who am I?'.
