A Fitness Studio was started in 2011 and was focused majorly on maintaining fitness of its various clients. Fitness in the form of workouts and intense routines. However, it evolved into what is now called the ‘Evolve Fitness Studio’ becoming an assortment of facilities covering all aspects of health and nutrition. Evolve Fitness Studio offers a comprehensive package to attain a Complete Fitness Solution. We believe in approaching good health through a variety of fitness and nutrition solutions that are simple and easy to follow with lots of fun!
We target different groups of individuals, school groups and corporate and provide services accordingly stretching from Personal Training for sportsman or athletes to setting up sports facilities and gyms for various purposes and spaces. We also offer group classes that cover purely fitness sessions to hours that combines dance, music and workouts and we call it the ‘Exercise in Motion’.

To say that Jai s classes has changed my life is no exaggeration.There was a time a couple of years ago , when due to a setback in my health I could barely do ten minutes of his one hour routine.Jai patiently pulled me up bit by bit always pushing me but never too hard. Slowly but surely I have improved my fitness - and my health -and although I'm nowhere in the league of my super fit peers , I'm definitely not holding them back !I try to never miss a class - I travel only on non class days whenever possible and somehow make sure to get the flight back to chennai just in time to fly into class !Am all the better for it !
