It totally depends on college. if BSC is done from a raputated college it can be better than the Btech from any normal college.

Both are Bachelors degree, as far my knowledge is concern B.Tech is a professional degree course and an engineering degree and also an individual got a tag of engineer, while B.SC is a simple graduate course. B.Tech is better than B.Sc.
