Practice is the beat medicine. Even Abraham lincoln was shivering during his first speech. Magicians make mistakes during their first shows. So... you can achieve cinfidence by practicing. There are several steps to become a good speaker. 1. Smile as you are un front of the audience. 2.Be clear about the concepts. 3.As you are a beginner, prepare an intro as well as conclusion which can be used in general. 4.Try to make eye contact with everyone and find out some faces which can provide you confidence and positive energy and focus on them. If you have trouble maintaining eye contact try look people at the point in between the eyebrows. Reading something aloud in private and recording your speeches and watching them also helps.
