How To Prepare For Viva Voce Of Lab Experiments/Project Presentations?

Instruction to B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc/MBBS/BDS/MDS/LLB/LLM students on Lab/Project Viva voce:

1. No tension, only attention.
2. Prepare for viva as if the examiner is an expert in your project/lab experiment. Never underestimate or enquire about the background of the examiner.
3. Present physically at the project/lab viva voce exam centre one hour before the schedule timing.
4. Maintain Discipline, Sincerity, Decency and Dignity.
5. Be confident and always think positively that you get top and highest grade in your project/lab viva voce.
6. Based on performance never estimate your grade after the viva voce.
7. Whatever you have prepared from your project/lab experiment or whatever you performed, experimented and done the project/lab, present the same infront of the examiner.
8. If you present your project/lab experiment with clear details and explain each and every point with all reasons, definitions,then the examiner will never and ever ask a dount or there may be no chance of any doubts.
9. Prepare yourself in detail about your whole project/lab experiment, definitions, reasons and everything explain the examiner as if treating him as a n unkown person on the topic and assuming him as a student.
10. Never get frienghtened, angry, emotional and tense, excited, nervous ,impatience during or before the viva voce.
11. Dress formally, neat and tidy. Maintain silence and be calm.
12. Switch off your cell phone before when you start to exam hall of viva voce and never bother about anything.
13. If Viva voce /seminar has PPT then ,number of slides prepared is directly proportional to viva voce time. So prepare comprehensive limited slides only. Mostly images, figures,tables etc to be represented in ppt slides, then,

Note: Also never depend on PPT presentation. Prepare your project completely without the help or aid of PPT always. Because technology is not for dependency,its an additional support only.Any time anything happens like Powercut, examiner never allows sometines ppt even tought you prepared etc etc.
