For doing B.ed, you have to complete graduation like BCom or BSc or BA etc. After that, if you are capable, then you can do B.ed and MCom, but my suggestion and advice would be to do one course at a time.

One needs to complete the degree in any discipline before going ahead with the master's course. If you have completed your Bcom, then you be able to do B.ed and MCom together from different universities.

No, you cannot as B. ED will be regular course and M.com will be distance learning. Moreover, it will be hectic because B.ED is two years course now. A lot of activities will be there. It is better that you should pursue M.Com later.

DO, Does etc. are helping verbs which indicate the time and degree of completion in a sentence. There are rules where they can be used- in English Grammar.
These conversation of English Grammar and related stuff should not be part of Behavioral training. They should be part of Communication skills training instead
