For doing B.ed, you have to complete graduation like BCom or BSc or BA etc. After that, if you are capable, then you can do B.ed and MCom, but my suggestion and advice would be to do one course at a time.

One needs to complete the degree in any discipline before going ahead with the master's course. If you have completed your Bcom, then you be able to do B.ed and MCom together from different universities.
