During interviews, a lot of people are bound to face such conversation problems. And lack of judgement as to what to answer or decide at that moment. Solution: 1. First do the preparation before hand - Of knowing yourself 360 Degrees about your skills, strengths, capabilities, and weaknesses, and opportunities in the new role that you can showcase your specific skills. 2. Be the PILOT of your interview process - That means - you Drive the interviewer through your conversation skills. In the first short introduction about yourself, target that few 2 to 3 minutes about your above analysed capabilities & what you can contribute to the role through your skills. The interviewer can ask more questions based on what you share about yourself. In that way, you can be the driving force and speak with confidence about yourself & lead the interviewer in the direction towards you rather than thier own preplanned questions. At times, where you cannot decide what to say, say it smartly & truthfully, that you might not have the idea on that at that moment of time. but share any possible solutions that you might wnat to implement in certain scenarios. 3. Always know that - YOU get only 5 TO 10 minutes - ELEVATOR SPEECH - to share about you. So share with FULL clarity and integrity. Don't share things like weaknesses or failures. But just concentrate your words on highlighting the various skills & solutions you have already showcased in your college activities or prior job place. This will help interviewer gain confidence in you and you can also speak with good sense of judgement. Finally ... Remember the questions you were unabale to answer in prior interviews and go prepared for such questions again in future with proper planning tactically answering driving their attention to your skills & achievements. Hope this helps you. read less

Dear Ashish, when the problem arises in the area of decision making, it clearly indicates that you have not prepared about your self and not decided criterion for selection or reaction of any alternative available for making a decision. Remember every person has its own objective or goal . please try to define that goal. Then make it division of that goal into short term goals. Based on the requirement of your short term goals, you have to develop your criterion. Again the criterion are of 2 types MUST Criterion and WANT Criterion. Then only one can make effective decision making. read less
