I am an Aviation specialist with 33 years of Industrial Experience, out of which I have spent ten years in Training and Development and three years in the implementation of Lean Management and Knowledge Management. Specially Trained in INS/ GPS System. I have got experience in counselling, Mentoring, Guiding students. I have Trained more than 4000 students. I have made my website to share my knowledge, which I gained. How can I use this portal to share my experience as there is no category in it.?
