Our Classes are an open level class that will offer options for both beginner and experience practitioners alike. Each class is developed and sequenced using classical alignment. Postures and breath are woven together, utilizing core-generated alignment, improving safety and stability. Our class incorporates poses designed to help promote weight loss. Strength building and connected movements, will build confidence and helps to stay present and centered. Prana Flow’s fluidity through Yoga postures and breathing techniques helps in creating a rhythm and allows the creativity for another aspect of growth and change. Modifications are taught and encouraged. Use of props to support practice and develop internal awareness. A more meditative approach to yoga, aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence. These Yoga classes are affordable and a great way to get to know the wonderful transitions of the asana practice in a slower manner and with awareness.

Apart From Regular Yoga Sessions we offer workshops for Disease management through Yoga Such as Yoga for Hypertension, Asthma, Thyroid, Weight & Stress management and etc.
