I studied dance/movement in India and Europe. I graduated from the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts and worked as a repertoire (Company) dancer. I acquired education in Movement Arts and Mixed Media and Choreography, performance, and pedagogy in Attakkalari and Experimental Physical Performance in Berlin. I am a member of the International Dance Council (CID). UNESCO.
