"I have started training with Sagar 1 month back and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. Excellent first session where we covered goals and got started straight away with a plan! He is a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. Each session is an hour long, including warm-up and stretch. He makes exercising fun and also interesting – explaining what we’re doing and why. I have learned so much, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work. No wonder he is number one trainer in the list. "
