Our Academy started in 2014 , Our Academy is called Mamdev Akshar Power Yoga Jayanagar.we are franchise holder of Akshar power yoga academy.This Academy is managed by
1. Dr. Mamatharaj - who has graduated from Vivekananda Kendra, and has been practicing yoga for 30 years now. She is also naturopathic doctor.
2. GrandMaster Akshar - He is known as Himalayan Yogi and is internationally acclaimed yogic master.He is recently featured in international best seller book - Lead or Bleed. He has also received the award of excellence by Sri chaitanya Institute of Vaishnavic culture.
We offer ashtanga yoga , Hatha yoga , Traditional yoga and Power yoga classes .
We also offer Pranayam , meditation , healing therapy classes , diet counseling and teacher’s training.
We offer group classes at our studio starting from morning 6 to 12 in the noon and evening batch start from 5 to 8 ,each class is a duration of one hour .
We also do personal classes, corporate classes , classes in reputed schools and hospitals .
