I introduce myself, Krishnamurthy A V, retired Professor from SASTRA UNIVERSITY, THANJAVUR, a well known private University in Tamil Nadu, and currently settled in Bangalore. I was working as a Professor in the Training and Placement department teaching Engineering as well as Arts and science students HR skills/soft skills/development of communication and guiding them on how to face the interview during placement. I have got about 7 years experience in this line. During my tenure I was also counseling the students in their career planning and other related problems. I am now free and shall be in a position to help students in developing their soft skills and HR skills and also guide them in facing interviews.
