Samhati Bhattacharjya, founder of Angaraag, is a dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher of Odissi dance. She trained intensively under the tutelage of Smt. Sutapa Talukdar, Guru Giridhari Nayak and Smt. Rina Jana. Samhatiâ??s parents, who were great conoisseurs of art, has always been her sole inspiration. Samhati has presented a number of solo dance recitals in India and in different parts of the world, and has choreographed several dance productions of her own.
