I am a teacher. I am currently working in Skalvi as a Pre-primary teacher. I am pursuing my B.Ed in English and Biology. I am teaching all nursery, LKGand UKG classes

I am a housewife but teaching hindi to my own kids and my nephews. They are scoring well and do not need tutoring from someone else.

Teaching has always been my passion and interest. It is something that I have done either formally or informally for many years of my life. After finishing my MBA in finance, I started off my career formally in the year 2015 with a teaching position at a primary school in Bangalore. I was responsible for teaching many subjects for the students of class between V and VII. After an year or so, I had to then take a break from the school since I was expecting my daughter. As an alternative, I leveraged my teaching skills and passion to begin home tuition for the kids in and around my area of residence. Since then till date, I have been teaching around 20 plus kids from multiple schools, subjects and range of class from I to VII. Lately, because of the Covid-19 situation, I am leveraging the online platform (Google meet, classroom, zoom, etc.) to continue classes for some of my students. It is that immense gratification and sense of happiness that I derive from this noble profession of teaching is what keeps me motivated.

Teaching has been a lifelong passion for me, and with over 25 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to guide students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs. I specialize in teaching IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English, helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their desired scores in competitive language exams. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and am a certified trainer for IELTS and PTE. My professional training in these areas has equipped me with the right strategies and techniques required for effective exam preparation and language development. Over the years, I have worked in schools and conducted classes across various parts of India. This exposure has helped me understand different student profiles and learning styles, enabling me to adapt my teaching methods to suit individual requirements and ensure better outcomes. One of my proudest achievements has been building my own educational venture from the ground up. I started with a single center and have successfully expanded to five centers in Bangalore. This journey reflects my dedication to education and my commitment to creating meaningful learning opportunities for students. My teaching methodology focuses strongly on strategy-building, especially for exams like IELTS and PTE. I believe that understanding the exam pattern and developing the right approach is just as important as language proficiency. My classes are structured and interactive, with a strong emphasis on practical learning and real-time application. I provide students with a variety of assignments, practice exercises, and mock tests to help them improve consistently. I follow a clear and customized lesson plan based on each student’s goals, ensuring steady progress and confidence building throughout the learning process. I conduct online classes and use tools like PPTs and whiteboards to make sessions more engaging and easy to follow. I also provide comprehensive course materials, including notes, practice resources, and exam strategies. My aim is to help students communicate effectively, perform confidently in exams, and achieve their academic and professional goals.

More than teaching it is a general conversation with the students about the subject which is enjoyed by both me and my students.
