Following the several anti-Hindi agitations, former chief minister C N Annadurai had brought a legislation to ensure a two-language formula of Tamil and English because of which the youth from the State were successful in many parts of the world.

Due to the anti hindi agitation by the people of Tamilnadu the former chief Minister C.N.Annadurai brought a legislation for two language i.e Tamil and English. This helped the students of Tamilnadu to proceed and get success even without knowing Hindi
