I am a mma /boxing / fitness coach. I am providing home fitness sessions since 2015 and i am a certified coach in fitness and active fighter who represents team india in mma. I have knowledge in fitness and nutrition. My key skills are functional training , strength and conditioning , hiit , weight lose , weight gain , body shaping and boxing/martial arts.

Kung fu really is the complete body workout out. Your fitness will improve with each class that you attend. The option is yours â?? train once twice or three times a week. The more you train, the more you will notice the cardio vascular benefits to your endurance and stamina. The changes to your strength and overall fitness will continue to improve as your training becomes more intense, more frequent and more to your skill level. Challenge yourself to learn, develop and practice the techniques required to achieve the grading requirements for each level of practice. Kung fu is not only done at the training center, you may want to keep practicing â?? at home, and in collage or even before class time. As your skill level increases (after successfully completing your grading examination), your flexibility and coordination will also become more coherent as you learn and understand the history of the routines and the significance of the structured learning techniques. *Develops sinew for balance externally and chin (essence) internally. *Teaches self -control. *Uses grace, quick foot movements, wrist trapping, knee strikes and beak strikes. 2. LEOPARD (pao): *Develops muscle speed for external strength. *Teaches patience *Uses leopard punch for penetration and lower body springing power. 3. TIGER (hu): *Develop
