Basically I am athlete.I represented Karnataka in nationals(inter university sports).have been made timing record in events like 5k ,10k, 21k long running and cross country player and won gold in many events at my university level.have well control on being fitness by combining physical exercise with breathing exercise.special workout to reduce unwanted fat in our body.as much I have experience in my sports that much experience I have in yogasana. I combine this two for healthy and happy life.currently I am preparing for IAS exam. I am a teacher of English language and literature for classes 10 to 12 with more than 5 years of experience and many satisfied students. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Jadavpur University, and am a patient teacher who can work with students of varying aptitude and capabilities.
