At Quickstep Classes mainly I have dealt with dental students from abroad who were keen on learning and speaking the language fluently. Also in other cases students wanted to learn the language to get through their interviews. These Indian students were good at their native language and had skills but could not communicate well in English .Hence they needed help. Some students were in need of basic English like mechanics at the car garage or workers at car sales. These were some experiences.

My sessions include daily conversation practice, sentence formation, pronunciation correction, and commonly used phrases for real-life situations such as interviews, presentations, and social interactions. I focus on reducing hesitation and building confidence through regular speaking exercises and personalized feedback. I also provide simple techniques to think and respond in English without translating from native language. Classes are conducted in English and Kannada to ensure better understanding for beginners. My goal is to make learners comfortable and confident in speaking English within a short period of time.

Teaching is a noble profession. For me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability. These are the elements that I invest in my teaching. Moreover, I allow learners to be themselves.
