I have been playing drums for over 10 years and I am very active on the music circuit in India, both on stage and in the studio. I have trained at the prestigious Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music (S.A.M, Tamil Nadu), under globally renowned drummers from Berklee College of Music such as Jovol Bam Bam Bell (Screaming Headless Torsos) and Karina Colis (Grammy award winning Latin drummer). My approach to teaching is not to just teach students a few songs and some cool drum grooves, but is more focused on enabling them to use the drumset as a vehicle for developing the artist within them in an organic way, so that they are able to express their personalities through music. My curriculum will cover all aspects of drumming, including but not limited to technique, multiple styles like Rock, Jazz, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Funk, Reggae, Carnatic Percussion applications etc., tuning, sight reading and notation (music theory) as applied to the Western Drumset. These are not just drum classes. They are opportunities to for self-exploration.

Hi this is hemanth here age 30yrs. Carrying an experience of 20 yrs in drumming . Stated when i was 10yrs old at my school march band. Later started rock drumming training under jesu sir and learnt classical instrument called khanjira under vidwan sri vyasavittala . Coming up to my strengths i believe in hard work and dedication . I practice for 4hrs every day from last 5yrs. Gained lot of knowledge by watching all drummers in my study . I learned Staff notation by my self by reading online books . My favourite drummers r Buddy rich and Dennis chambers. Last but not least i wish to share my knowledge to the people who r intrested to learn drums. My training would be vigorous session . I am percussionist /drummer/director at auto play. I am playing in a percussionist team in Bangalore called Agnii art for all from past 6 years and I finish my practical exam in Trinity college of London grade 3 drums . My skills are educating students in various form of brain exercise ,brain games , activity developing Technic in short period of time etc.
