I’m Deepti, co-founder of Div N Dee Dance Company, and a dedicated dancer trained in Bharatanatyam, Kathak and also take classes for Semi-Classical. I teach both kids and adults, focusing on strong technique, expressions, rhythm, and building confidence through dance. My classes are structured, beginner-friendly and give students individual attention. At Div N Dee, we also take up sangeet choreographies and corporate shows. I conduct classes Offline at our studio as well as online. I believe dance is a blend of discipline and joy, and I strive to create a warm, inspiring space for every learner.

The Neighborhood Academy is located in Sahakarnagar opposite to The Chairmans Club. We will start operations in the month of June. The academy is set in the midst of a mango grove which sets it apart from the others. This offers both the tutor as well as the students enthralling experience simultaneously while learning. The academy is offering courses in 4 verticals ie Dance, Vocal Music, Instruments, Art & Craft mainly. Hence we are looking forward to associate with knowledgeable certified tutors who will nurture and give direction to talents hidden in the prospective students.

Ghatam & Mridangam: She is the daughter and disciple of legendary mridangam and ghatam artiste Ganakalabhushana Vidwan M.A. Krishnamurthy. She secured 2nd rank in Mridangam Senior exam. Carnatic Vocal: She has learnt Carnatic vocal under Vid. M S Govindswamy and Vid. P. Neela. Kathak: She is a disciple of the legendary Kathak artiste Dr. Maya Rao and her sister Dr. Chitra Venugopal. She has a B.A. degree in Kathak & choreography from Dr. Maya Rao’s Natya Institute of Kathak & choreography. Bharatanatyam: She has learnt Bharatanatyam under Vidwan Mysore Vishnudas. Professional Career & Work Experience: ❖ She has accompanied stalwarts in the field such as Vid. R S Ramakanth (disciple & son of Dr. R K Srikantan), Vid. Saraswathi Rajagopalan ( veena ), Vid. Ramesh Nath (saxophone artiste & brother of Vid. Kadari Gopalnath), Vid. Puttur Ganesh (saxophone), to name a few. ❖ She has performed extensively in India & abroad. She has performed various prestigious sabhas such as Ananya, BTM Cultural Academy, Ganakala Parishath, Sheshadripuram Rama Seva Samithi, Fort High School etc. ❖ She is part of the reputed instrumental team of famous saxophone artiste Dr. R. Manjunath. ❖ She has worked as a music and dance teacher in various schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bharatiya Vidyabhavan School, East West Academy, Venkat International School etc. for more than 20 years.

Our Institute is trying to spread the Classical and Light music, Hindustani, as well as Carnatic & dance like Bhararnatyam. We are training the students in instruments like Harmonium, Keyboard, Violin Tabla, Guitar and in Art & Craft. We are giving the special coach to the home makers in yoga, tailoring, painting and embroidery work.
