For last 15 years, I have been a mathematics teacher and taught in different institutions.I was a part of a maths quiz conducted by the school.

For me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability. These are the elements that I invest in my teaching. Moreover, I allow learners to be themselves. This is a way of creating a conducive environment for learning. I taught at elementary school for three months, during the last year of my studies. It was difficult at first, because I found it hard to cope with the discipline issues in the classroom. However, after few weeks I got into the groove, and learned what worked with the students, and how to keep the discipline at a reasonable level at least. It was an extraordinary time. While teaching, I feel good and happy when my students feel also good and happy because they learnt the key points of my lectures. When my students are not truly satisfied with the content of my teaching, I tell them that on the next classroom, I will explain to them what I have missed in the current lecture.While teaching, I am more a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations, such that my students actively understand, reinvent and re constrcut everything they learn, than a simple transmitter of ready made and established truths imposed on them from outside. In other words, I avoid indoctrination and brainwashing. This means that I make use of the active methods, not the traditional or conservative ones, and appeal to due technology when it is appropriate.

i have 7 years experience in teaching as well as other i used to teach in school but now as I have little kid with me I am taking online classes or I can teach at my home.
