I teach Vocal Music and Kannada to students from Class 8 to 10. For the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of guiding students in both their artistic and academic journeys. In academics, I make Kannada language and Social Studies relatable and easy to understand by using interactive teaching methods. I believe that learning becomes effective when students are engaged, and I encourage active participation in the classroom. Several of my students have demonstrated significant improvement in their grades, comprehension, and overall confidence in Kannada. I also prepare students for music examinations conducted by the Karnataka Music Board. I guide them through both the practical and theory components of the syllabus, ensuring they are well-prepared for each stage. Many of my students have successfully cleared their Junior Grade exams and are steadily progressing to higher levels, which gives me immense satisfaction as a teacher. Currently, I conduct both online and offline classes to make learning accessible and convenient for my students. My sessions are practical-based, allowing learners to apply concepts directly. I also use whiteboard teaching for academics, provide notes, and conduct regular assessments to ensure clarity and progress. For me, teaching is not only about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation of learning.
