Maths aptitude.

I have been teaching students since 2010 and continued doing so till 2016 in Chennai so I have an experience of 6+ years. I was pursuing my MS from IIT MADRAS but I had to drop it because of personal reasons. I had a GATE Aerospace 2014 AIR 94. So I have a personal experience of what it takes to clear entrance exams of premier institutes. My previous students have had marked improvement in their schooling performance under my tutelage. I am a very keen observer which helps in identifying the weakness, strengths of students and allows me to adapt my teaching style to suit the individual. Students generally tend to open up to me which allows me to pinpoint what exactly a particular student need to understand and/or improve their performance. My job is not only to teach students but also to make understand the parents about their expectations from their child which in my experience has proved to be a topic of high stress among the students. Finally, I would like to tell you that, I as a student struggled a lot to find good teachers so I understand the value of a good teacher and always strive to be one.

I am an Engineer by profession and a Bharathanatyam dancer by passion. I have a great inclination towards teaching. I have consistently scored above 95 in Maths in all grades. Right from a very young age, I have been taking home tuition for my fellow classmates, a known friend, etc. though not for a charge. Also, both my parents being in teaching profession, teaching is my family trait. Only in the last few years I have been conducting tuition classes for a limited number of students. My greatest strength is mathematics. Apart from this I am quite capable of teaching physics, chemistry, Biology and computer related subjects from class V to class XII. I ensure that the basic concepts of a subject are made familiar and understood by a student, so that they gain more confidence over the subject, become less prone to errors when a deal with complex concepts, problems, etc. I also have spent quite a lot of years in IT industry and hence can help students with computer and IT related subjects as well.

I am pursuing my Bachelor in engineering in electronics and communication engineering. I have a very great bond towards teaching maths to everyone who comes to me. I was actually a failure in maths when i was in my middle school, but when i came to my 10th std., I became a maths pandit (even to my teachers in some topics). I have very great clarity about the syllabus of school mathematics and to some extent computer science also. Mathematics is a subject which people should be learning by heart. It is a very important subject not only in school but also in your future in whatever field u pursue your future. So one should be strong in basic concepts when it comes to learning maths from PUC(11th and 12th) on wards. I would ensure that i will teach you all the necessary things a student should possess before he enters into his higher studies which I learnt through my experience as i progressed my studies. I feel i can teach you maths well because i am also still studying and have that fresh mathematics in myself which I feel can be passed on to others.
