Teaching- It's my fortune that it has emerged in me from my inner passion to guide and teach, so i never account it as profession but a loving job. For me teaching is not just a formal methodology which has been carried out these days almost in every school. The teacher must very carefully interact with a student to guide him through. Every student is unique and each one needs attention in a specific manner. I feel teacher's methods of teaching should be flexible enough to mould with the kind of student. Unfortunately our education system is not attending to it. In my way of teaching, I prefer to provide the real essence of the subjects which I am teaching. Each chapter has to be explained in this manner of practicality, this makes his concepts rigid which becomes unforgettable for a student. It also build his focus and interest in the studies, it happened only when the real essence of the subject is exposed to student.
