Teaching- It's my fortune that it has emerged in me from my inner passion to guide and teach, so i never account it as profession but a loving job. For me teaching is not just a formal methodology which has been carried out these days almost in every school. The teacher must very carefully interact with a student to guide him through. Every student is unique and each one needs attention in a specific manner. I feel teacher's methods of teaching should be flexible enough to mould with the kind of student. Unfortunately our education system is not attending to it. In my way of teaching, I prefer to provide the real essence of the subjects which I am teaching. I try to make aware of the actual meaning which student must inhibit in its natural state. Each chapter has to be explained in this manner of practicality, this makes his concepts rigid which becomes unforgettable for a student. It also build his focus and interest in the studies, it happened only when the real essence of the subject is exposed to student.
