Hi All, I have 10+ years of experience teaching chess to kids and teen agers. I helped many students to increase on their FIDE rating and tactical skills. I started playing chess at the age of 7 at local Chess Club. Since then I have been trained by many professional trainers and I have participated and won many local and district level tournaments. Played twice National Level Chess events through my University. Currently working as a private chess teacher and working as HR Lead in MNC Bangalore.

Classes ( online ) are usually around 2 hours long. I have taught mainly to beginner and intermediate level for kids. Kids enjoy my classes.

I conduct sessions online using Chess.com or Lichess combined with Google Meet for screen sharing, so every move is guided in real time. My goal as a coach is not just to teach chess moves but to build confident, independent thinkers who genuinely love the game.

I am a FIDE-rated national-level chess player with more than 10 years of competitive chess experience across district, state, national, open, rapid, and classical tournaments. I represented Karnataka at the 64th National School Games (SGFI) in 2018–19, competing against strong school-level players from across India. I have also participated in multiple AICF-recognized open and rated tournaments and have gained extensive experience in competitive preparation, tactical calculation, strategic decision-making, position evaluation, and game analysis. My tournament achievements include 3rd Prize in the Karnataka State Under-19 Chess Championship, 4th Place in the Karnataka State Open Rapid Chess Tournament, 9th Place in the Karnataka State School Chess U-14, and multiple 1st-place finishes at district and taluka-level tournaments. I have competed extensively in both rapid and classical formats and have experience playing in high-pressure tournament environments. My current FIDE profile has a Standard Rating of 1525 and a Rapid Rating of 1645.
