Sunil Hireholi

I am an experienced trainer and mentor with over 10 years of teaching and training experience, specializing in Chess, Self-Defense Karate, and practical skill development. I work with learners of different age groups and focus on helping them build strong fundamentals, improve confidence, develop discipline, and achieve their personal learning goals through structured and engaging sessions.

I hold an M.Tech (Master of Technology) degree in Engineering. In addition, I have completed a Master's (M.S.) in Psychological Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's in Alternative Medicine (BASM). My multidisciplinary educational background allows me to combine technical knowledge, psychological understanding, and holistic approaches while training students, helping them learn effectively and develop both skills and confidence.

Over the years, I have trained students in Chess, Self-Defense Karate, and various practical skills. My teaching approach focuses on understanding each learner’s requirements and providing personalized guidance based on their goals and abilities. I believe that learning is not only about gaining knowledge but also about developing focus, discipline, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

My Chess training focuses on developing strategic thinking, concentration, decision-making skills, and logical reasoning. Through Self-Defense Karate training, I help students improve physical fitness, awareness, confidence, and practical safety skills. I also guide learners in developing useful practical skills based on their interests and future goals.

I have been associated with professional training and research activities throughout my career. I am certified by BOSCH Ltd. (R&D), have published international research journals, and have authored books. I have also served as an Assistant Professor at reputed colleges and have been involved in training since 2005, gaining valuable experience in education, mentoring, and skill development.

I provide both online and offline training sessions, offering flexibility based on students' requirements and learning preferences. My sessions are designed to be interactive, practical, and focused on real-world applications. I believe in creating an encouraging learning environment where students can ask questions, practice consistently, and improve their skills step by step.

My goal is to help students develop confidence, discipline, and practical abilities that support their overall growth. Through my experience in education, technology, psychology, and training, I strive to provide meaningful learning experiences that help students become more capable, focused, and successful in their personal and professional journeys.
