In my sessions, I focus not only on physical exercises but also on mindfulness and meditation. Many of my students join yoga classes to manage stress and improve concentration, and I have seen how guided meditation can help them feel calmer and more focused in their daily lives. My classes usually begin with warm-up and stretching exercises to gently prepare the body. This is followed by yoga asanas (postures) that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. I also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation sessions, which help students relax their minds and develop better mental clarity. I provide step-by-step guidance and live demonstrations so that students can understand the correct way to perform each pose. During the sessions, I also offer corrections and personal feedback to ensure that students practice safely and gradually improve their technique. I conduct both offline and online classes, making it convenient for students to learn from the comfort of their homes or attend in-person sessions. My aim is to create a calm and supportive space where students can practice yoga, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being through consistent practice.
