I also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation sessions, which help students relax their minds and develop better mental clarity. I provide step-by-step guidance and live demonstrations so that students can understand the correct way to perform each pose. During the sessions, I also offer corrections and personal feedback to ensure that students practice safely and gradually improve their technique. I conduct both offline and online classes, making it convenient for students to learn from the comfort of their homes or attend in-person sessions. My aim is to create a calm and supportive space where students can practice yoga, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being through consistent practice.
