I am a designer and animator

As such without software we can also do 2D animations. If we consider softwares then there are many out there. Production houses use Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, blender, Maya, 3Ds Max for 2D and 3D animations.

Drawing is base. The more strong base, more strong building. 2D animation require purely traditional drawing skill. You can use softwares for animation, but it has their own limitation. No software can give you 100% 2D animation.

What is more beneficial? Having skills or having a degree in Animation?
Having Skills is more important; But we are Indians and we measure skills in education level. A skilled animator will not be respected easily here, unless he start something on his own or he has a degree....

I wanted some help in creating an Animation . The animation is for a given place which could include the big land marks and the roads (Main and service roads). This could also include a simple minature of people or Vehicles moving on the roads etc with a little bit (bare minimum) animation . Can anyone suggest who would be soemone who can help me .
Kindly share some more details.
