Teaching Experience in detail in Meditation classes
I specialize in guiding seekers into deep meditation (Pranava Dhyana – Om Meditation) combined with psychophysical cleansing (Shatkarma practices). In my experience, a practitioner achieves the best results in meditation only after inner and outer purification. Over the last 20 years, I have successfully conducted meditation camps at various service ashrams and institutions. Before beginning meditation sessions, participants were introduced to selected Shatkarma cleansing techniques, which helped them enter meditation with clarity and stability. While my primary focus is on Meditation (70%), I also integrate Shauch Kriyas (30%) to prepare the body–mind system. This balanced approach allows seekers to experience meditation more deeply and effectively. With a blend of meditation training and yogic purification practices, I help students achieve physical health, mental calmness, and spiritual growth.

Experience on healing power by Yog Preferred Yoga Style:Yoga Meditation Age group of student:22- 50 years old
"My experience with yoga under the guidance of Dinkarbhai Kanadiya has been truly life-changing. His simple yet powerful teaching style helped me understand the real healing power of yoga. Through regular practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, I experienced relief from stress, better physical flexibility, and improved inner peace. Dinkarbhai’s patience, deep knowledge, and personal attention made every session motivating and transformative. I felt more energetic, focused, and emotionally balanced. His guidance showed me that yoga is not just about fitness but about complete healing of body, mind, and soul. I am truly grateful for this experience. "

The best yoga teacher training is the one where a sincere student can clearly understand what is being taught. It should not be limited to lectures, but the teacher must also demonstrate the knowledge through practical experiments.
A true yoga teacher training should include:
For example, in Pranayama:
Air contains about 21% oxygen.
Thus, with less effort, the body receives more oxygen.
Such clear, practical, and scientific explanations along with practice make the training a truly best yoga teacher training.

Kapalabhati is not a Pranayama, but according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika it is one of the Shatkarma (six cleansing practices).
Pranayama involves three processes – Puraka (inhalation), Rechaka (exhalation), and Kumbhaka (retention).
In Kapalabhati only Rechaka (forceful exhalation) is performed, while Puraka happens naturally and effortlessly. Therefore, it cannot be called Pranayama.
In Patanjali Yoga Sutra (Sadhana Pada, 2.29), Ashtanga Yoga is described, where Shaucha is mentioned as part of the Niyamas.
Kapalabhati is not directly mentioned in Patanjali’s text.
However, in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (Second Chapter, verses 2.35–2.37), Kapalabhati is clearly explained.
It is classified as a Shatkarma, especially praised for removing excess phlegm (Kapha dosha) and for purifying and energizing the brain.
This practice helps expel dust, pollution, and fine nano-particles accumulated in the lungs.
Thus, Kapalabhati is a cleansing practice (Shuddhi Kriya) that plays an essential role in keeping the body pure, light, and healthy.
