I particularly enjoy working with students who want to understand the reasoning behind a topic rather than simply memorising facts. I conduct my classes online and use PowerPoint presentations and a whiteboard to support my explanations. These tools help me organise information and explain important concepts in a structured manner. I encourage students to ask questions freely and discuss topics during the session. By understanding their doubts and areas of difficulty, I can focus on the concepts that require greater attention and guide them according to their individual learning pace. At this stage of my life, my primary motivation for teaching is to share my knowledge and experience and contribute to the learning and development of young professionals.
