With over ten years of experience in teaching Human Physiology to students in the medical and allied health sciences, I am dedicated to providing an in-depth understanding of the science behind each human body system. As a seasoned researcher in the fields of Physiology and Yoga, I have made significant contributions to renowned journals, showcasing my expertise and commitment to advancing knowledge. I hold a master's degree in Medical Physiology and have completed a certificate course in sports nutrition. My credentials also include a YTT 200 certification, and I am currently pursuing YTT 300, reflecting my continuous pursuit of excellence in yoga training.
My teaching philosophy is centered on holistic wellbeing, integrating exercise, yoga, meditation, and various muscle and mind relaxation techniques. I specialize in muscle science, focusing on its role in promoting wellbeing and enhancing physical performance. My sessions cover the science behind muscle strength and endurance building, the intricate muscle-mind connection, and effective relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation and meditation.
I conduct online group sessions from Monday to Friday, tailored specifically for individuals aged 20 to 35 years. My classes combine theoretical knowledge with interactive training, utilizing PPTs with animations and a whiteboard to enhance understanding. I provide detailed notes to support learning and ensure comprehensive coverage of all topics.
Participants in my courses can expect a structured and engaging learning experience that emphasizes practical application and fosters holistic wellbeing. Upon completion, certificates are awarded, validating the knowledge and skills acquired.
