I teach Yoga and Meditation with a focus on helping individuals achieve balance in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. While I have been formally teaching for the past 7 years, my journey with yoga began in childhood, and I have been practicing and learning it for over 11 years. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and am also a Chartered Accountant by profession. Alongside my academic journey, I have completed a 900-hour Advanced Teacher’s Training Course in Yoga Education, which has given me a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga.

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher since 2019, and my training includes Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Sutras, Samkhya philosophy, Bhagavad Gita, and Anatomy. This comprehensive knowledge enables me to offer a well-rounded and holistic learning experience to my students, going beyond just physical postures.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just about asanas, but a powerful tool for inner transformation. I aim to help my students grow into better versions of themselves by focusing on overall well-being, including physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability.

I follow a structured and practical approach in my classes, combining asanas, breathwork, and meditation. I also incorporate insights from yogic philosophy to help students understand the deeper meaning and purpose of their practice. My sessions are interactive and tailored to individual needs to ensure steady progress.

I conduct online classes, making it convenient for students to learn from anywhere. My goal is to create a supportive and mindful environment where students can experience the true essence of yoga and develop a sustainable, lifelong practice.
