I have done 800 hrs teaching training course from mysore astanga school and from kaiwalyadham.Yoga has complete message for humanity for body,mind & soul.Officially I started teaching yoga after embracing the changes yoga brought about in my body,in my spirit & in my life. I am now out to make a difference using the knowledge i have gained.I have been practicing & teaching yoga for long time now. Yoga has been shown to increase strength, flexibility, and balance; enhance immune function; lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels; and improve psychological well-being. One of yoga’s most prominent effects, of course, is stress reduction. I study the requirements of every person & than train to provide them with the best solution to their problems.
