Which is the best way to complete the NCERT? Should I just read or should I make complete notes (for UPSC preparation)?

First Read the whole book. in first reading will grasp 20 pc .Then write those 20 pc in your note book.Later again read and make notes of balance 80 pc as bullet pointsl
