I deactivated my fb, whatsapp and instagram account. Switched to dabba phone to avoid any distraction. Changed my overall routine because it's a long preparation, you need to keep yourself healthy and fit. Became self centered for that time. Less or no friends. But it's all about efforts+sacrifices....
