In my point of view you should be mentally strong that you are not in an academic stidies ,preparing upsc is very easy if you are thirst of knowledge, start from basics like reading ncerts and news paper follow some you tube chanells kand ias sites
1.Focus on your aim lefting the troubles away from ur mind
2.prepare timetable of your balancing all the subjects
3.start writing upsc mock tests for preliminary
4.selection of optional subject is important according to ur interest,
5. Go through the syllabus entirely
