Failing the UPSC exam means not qualifying to move on to the next stage. Candidates who fail can reattempt the exam in subsequent years to improve their chances of success.

How to know the exam pattern of UPSC exam ?
Nothing just search for upsc recent exam syllabus in Google search with the related job posting , usually it has aptitude and reasoning part for the first part exam and the related English and technical syllabus theory for part to exam.
