After clearing the UPSC examination, candidates undergo training at various academies, such as Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration for IAS officers, before being assigned postings based on their ranks and preferences.

Many options if you wish for a govt job. Also try for other exams conducted by UPSC such as CAPF, ICAR etc. Try for CGL by SSC and thirdly many vacancies are in banking and insurance sector through IBPS and other organisations
