You can go for Shubhra Ranjan Mam's PSIR Notes. All the Statick + Philophical portion is well covered in those notes. Also read Laxmikanth Sirs Book for Indian Political System and daily current affairs is must for IR and Comparative politics. But shubhra mam notes cover around 80% of th syllabus and language is also easy so my suggestion is rather going though multiple books read notes as many times as possible and supplement these notes with current affairs and you are good to go. read less
