Yes u can but with right strategy , perfect timetable , standard books , writing test series , u should have a proper guidance and by revising topics thoroughly u can surely crack it.

Yes it can be, Although a coaching helps you in creating the environment and also regular tests and assessments keep you on track. In the end it's your personal choice as there are UPSC toppers who have taken coaching and who haven't.
